Noir IV LLC was founded in 2017 by Victor Simpson in Capitol Heights, Maryland.
Noir IV was crafted with a vision to empower black culture while demanding equality through fashion. In the French language, Noir means Black. The logo is a greater than or equal to sign which symbolizes that if we are not looked at as an equal, then we must rise above our opposers and be greater. That being said, we are highly committed to our quality, customer's satisfaction and strive to be GREATER THAN if not equal to.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing
Orders $79.99 and over qualify for FREE Shipping (inside the US).​
All orders can take approximately 3-5 business days to ship after the order has been placed. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays.

Standard delivery usually arrives approximately 3-5 business days after order has been mailed.
International
Standard delivery usually arrives approximately 6-10 business days after order has been mailed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds but EXCHANGES can be made up to 14 days after receiving a package with proof of purchase. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deoderant, or wear). If the returned item is in good condition, it can be exchanged at no additional charge.
